Welcome to the Pepin Area School District
Parents may register their children at the district office.
Please have the following information with you when you register your child:
- All primary and secondary guardian information including employer, work phone and email addresses
- Student's immunization records and medical/prescription information if appropriate
- Emergency contact information
- Certified copy of birth certificate
- Proof of address
- Name and address of previous school attended (if appropriate)
If you have a non school age child, please fill out the Birth to 5 registration below. By registering, you will be able to stay updated on playgroups, screening and other opportunities available to non school age children within the Pepin Area School District.
